A bacon butty. Best with brown or wholemeal toast, crispy back bacon and heinz tomato ketchup. People who like their butty with sliced white bread, floppy bacon and brown sauce are just wrong.

BTW, big-up to my Dad for introducing me to bacon butties so many years ago - there you are, Dad. And, I should mention, his bacon and fried egg butties are nearly as good as mine...
Try adding a little rocket and a thin slice of tomato for a fresher taste!
